DISASTER RELIEF

SCHEDULED PICK-UP TIME
Utilizing a Drive-Thru, guests receive weekly shelf-stable groceries, fresh produce, frozen meats and household goods. We also offer diapers, personal hygiene items and cleaning products upon request. Prior registration is not needed-simply come and we will make sure you are cared for. If you have special living conditions or dietary needs, please let one of our volunteers know and we will do our best to accommodate.

When guests arrive we strive to provide a warm welcoming environment. In addition to practical resources and a place of connection, we have a prayer ministry team that offers the opportunity to receive prayer to each guest.

If you have questions or would like information that is not listed, please let us know by completing our I NEED HELP/I CAN HELP FORM.
FEEDdelaware expanded it's reach in 2020 by launching the Disaster Relief Distribution Center in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. The DRDC serves as a centralized warehouse and pick-up site for many Hunger Alliance partners to access food supplies, PPE, personal hygiene and hard-to-get cleaning supplies. Weekly distribution to area agencies and food pantries has continued through 2022.

If your agency is not receiving our Disaster Relief Order Form and would like to, please let us know. Click HERE to contact our FEEDdelaware team. We look forward to serving you in the near future.
FEEDdelaware is a ministry of the Delaware City Vineyard. This initiative relies on Volunteers and donations to serve our community. If you are interested in serving or donating, let us know by clicking the I CAN HELP/I CAN HELP  button below.

COMMUNITY RESOURCES

"In the City, for the City!" is the phrase you will hear us use often to communicate where we focus our mission. In its simplicity, it communicates purpose, mission, location and hope. The City of Delaware should be a better place because the Delaware City Vineyard exists. And yet...We know that we are one part of the big picture and we are able to care for our City through partnering and featuring other places and space of care.
