Meet the Leadership Team

Julie Morgan

Lead & Founding Pastor
Julie planted the Delaware City Vineyard in September of 2009 along with her husband, Robb, after having been involved in several Vineyard churches and a church plant team in Denver, Colorado. After 13 years of co-pastoring, Robb transitioned to a new role with Vineyard USA in January of 2022 and Julie became Lead Pastor of DCV. Julie loves raising up leaders and seeing people come to know the love of God for themselves in ways that change them forever. She and Robb have two daughters, Emma and Via, who are two of her favorite people on the entire planet and inspire her constantly. Beyond ministry, Julie is a self-proclaimed coffee aficionado, chicken wrangler, musician, avid concert goer, fiction enthusiast and knitter of mostly hats, socks and washcloths. First and foremost, she is a worshipper of Jesus.

Robb Morgan

Founding Pastor & Elder
Robb and Julie planted and have co-pastored the Delaware City Vineyard since 2009. In January 2022, after a lengthy discernment process, Robb joined the National Team of Vineyard USA in the role of Managing Director, leading the strategy and implementation of National Team initiatives, ensuring they work together toward common strategic goals, and managing the day-to-day operations of Vineyard USA. Robb remains actively involved in the ministry of DCV, preaching regularly, maintaining the title of Founding Pastor and elder.
In 2022, Robb and Julie celebrated their 20th anniversary with a trip to Iceland. They are the parents to two teenagers, Emma and Via. As a family, they enjoy good music, good food and the great outdoors. You may have seen some of the adventures in their converted school bus on Instagram (@mor.to.explore).
