DCV Staff

DCV has a variety of staff roles (alphebetical below). These staff members serve as volunteers, interns, part-time and full-time employees based on their ministry needs, the church's needs and our current size and budget. There are also lots of other volunteers who lead signficantly in our community that you'll find under the Missional Communities Page.

Tyler Charles - Young Adult Ministry Coordinator

While employed through CCO (Coalition for Christian Outreach), Tyler is on our staff and focuses his efforts on building a community among Ohio Wesleyan University students, DCV Young Adults and the Columbus State Community College-Delaware Campus. Tyler and his wife Barbie welcomed their first child in 2015.

Laura Clark - Administration Ministry Coordinator

Laura oversees administration of day-to-day activities in the office. Laura and her husband Alex have six children.

Billie Paulus - Pastoral Coordinator

Billie joined the staff of Delaware City Vineyard in May of 2016. Billie serves as a Pastoral Coordinator providing leadership to Sunday Services and our Worship Community.

Liz Rauh - Marriage & Family Ministry Coordinator

Liz joined the staff of Delaware City Vineyard in June of 2016. She provides leadership to Marriage & Family Ministry. She and her husband, Corey, have two wonderful daughters, Becca and Ellie.

JoAnna Stottlemire - Executive Director

Jo joined our staff in April 2017.

Kelsey Thornton - Pastoral Coordinator & Youth Ministry Coordinator

Kelsey joined our staff in 2017. She provides point leadership to our youth ministry for students in grades 6 - 12.

Mike Trudeau - Executive Ministries Coordinator

Mike assists the pastors in staff and budget management and other special projects. He has been married to same wonderful, patient wife (Linda) for over 40 years. They have three great children, all married to equally great spouses, and several grandchildren. Mike is retired from The Ohio State University where he served as a professor for 30 years.

Jackie Ward - RETIRED

Jackie has retired from the Delaware City Vineyard staff. During her time on staff, Jackie built the areas of spiritual coaching, healing rooms and healing care groups (specialty groups). She and her husband, Jerry, continue to serve in various capacities at the Delaware City Vineyard. As a part of its mission, DCV will continue to train and release coaches and develop a clear pathway for those in need of healing, support and spiritual formation.
